Each institution within GMHEC provides various services to Consortium employees--computers, phones, email accounts, etc. Since these services are provided by the individual colleges finding support can sometimes cause confusion. In general, support tickets can be created by emailing support@gmhec.org, at which point our technicians will route the call appropriately. Below we've outlined the various services provided to Consortium employees and the direct contacts for each institutional Helpdesk.
