Sharing Calendars in Outlook

First open outlook and click on calendar in the bottom left corner

 

After this, go to 'Calendar Permissions'. 

 

Once Calendar Permissions is opened click "add..." 

 

From there you will be able to search for the person you want to share your calendar with. After this, you will want to edit the permission level that you would like to have the person to have. Press 'okay' and your calendar will be shared!
