1. In your browsers URL bar enter www.my.smcvt.edu to access the portal.
2. On the very bottom of the page underneath entrancing your information, you will see the link “Password Help”
3. After clicking the link you will be on the react page. To reset you password, select “Go to Reset Tool” on the left.
4. Enter your mikenet username in the area provided below on the screen.
5. Below enter your four digit pins which are the last four numbers of your social security number and your 7 digit ID number. Note* If you do not have a social security number enter the month and day of your birthday. For example if your birthday is February 3rd then enter 0203.
6. Following the password rules located on the left, create a new password then by confirm it again below. Finally click reset on the bottom right to finalize the process.
