1. In your browsers URL bar enter www.my.smcvt.edu to access the portal.
2. On the very bottom of the page underneath entrancing your information, you will see the link “Forgot your password?”
3. After clicking the link you will be on the react page. To unlock your account, select “Go to Unlock Tool” on the right.
4. Enter your mikenet username in the area provided below on the screen.
5. Below enter your four digit pin which is the last four numbers of your social security number and your 7 digit ID number. Note* If you do not have a social security number enter the month and day of your birthday. For example if your birthday is February 3rd then enter 0203.
6. On the following screen select the account you want to unlock then finally hit unlock on the bottom right corner to finalize the process.
