Adjusting Audio

If the recording volume or playback volume is too low on your PC or laptop, you may need to go into the sound settings of the computer and make some minor adjustments.
This documentation contains information on:
• Turning up the volume
• Activate / deactivate Microphone Boost (this is what causes the laptop screech)
The first thing to check is to make sure headphones are plugged in and the headphone sound is turned up.
