mySMC Adding Members to Team Site

2 Sequence of steps

  1. Site settings
  2. Site permission
  3. Select group
  4. New -> Add Users
  5. Type user’s Mikenet username
  6. Click Share

Note: You may need to request access to edit our group from IT.

  1. Navigate to your site
  2. Click on the Gear icon -> Site settings

     

  3. Site permissions

    

   4. Click on the members group

  

    5.  New -> Add Users

    

   6. Search for SMC user

   

7, Click Share when you are ready to add user
