Emails are stored in webmail as conversations by default. It is supposed to make it easier to see all exchanges from one email in one spot without having to search for them. If you don’t want your emails to be saved this way, you can shut off conversation mode. You can do this by following these steps:
1. Log into your email
2. Right above your emails, it says “filter” with an arrow pointing down, click on this link, which will open a dropdown menu.
3. Click where it says "Show as" to reveal another drop down. Select "Messages" to view your inbox in message mode.
