HOW TO SEND A FAX (USER)
Purpose
You can send a fax from your e-mail account once IT has set up an account up for this function.
Instructions for Using XMedius:
1. Create a new email message in Outlook.
2. In the To: field type the phone number with area code, even for local calls, and send it to @xmedius.com. See the examples below: ·

3. Fill in the Subject field and attach the file you want to fax. The following file formats are supported:
- Adobe PDF
- HTML
- JPG
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
4. After you send the message you will receive a confirmation message within a few minutes. If the message bounces back make sure XMEDIUS is spelled correctly. If spelled incorrectly it will not work.
